摘要： A diene rubber composition comprising 25 to 90 parts by weight of at least one high molecular weight diene rubber (A) having an intrinsic viscosity ¢?! of 2 to 6, the Mw/Mn value of not more than 2.0 and a glass transition point of not lower than -50.degree.C and 75 to 10 parts by weight of at least one low molecular weight diene rubber (B) having an intrinsic viscosity ¢?! of 0.01 to 2.0, said composition having an average intrinsic viscosity of at least 1.8. Since this composition has an excellent wet grip and rolling resistance property and moreover has excellent processability, it is employed as tire tread rubber.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a rubber compsn. which is particularly useful for bonding of steel cord etc, and which has lessened heat generation and deformation due to repeated compression and improved fatigue resistanc, by blending a specified amount of polybutadiene rubber or a butadiene copolymer rubber.
CONSTITUTION: 95W50wt% natural rubber, synthetic rubber or blended rubber thereof, is blended with 5W50wt% polybutadiene rubber or butadiene copolymer rubber (e.g. polybutadiene rubber having cis-bonds of 90% or more) to obtain the title rubber compsn. A compsn obtd by blending 0.5W10wt% organocobalt salt with the above compsn., is suitable for bonding of steel cord plated with brass having a copper content of 57W70%.
USE: The compsn. can be applied to rubber composite materials employing steel wire such as breaker for steel tire, casing rubber as well as conveyor belt, sleeve hose, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise productivity and reduce the cost for material by using half- vulcanized sheet in place of a carcass member. CONSTITUTION:First a half-vulcanized rubber sheet is wound on a drum in the same way as the regular forming for a carcass member. Then, bead member being set, the sheet is wound as well round the bead member 4 and pressed fully to fit. Furthermore, after the bead member 4 being pressed, a tread member 1 and a sidewall member 2 are wound and fully pressed to fit. After that the product is sent to a vulcanization process, thus a vulcanized tire being produced. By employing the half-vulcanized rubber sheet in this way, proper resistance is shown to the swelling of a rubber-made core, while the bead member is fixed with equal tension, on the occasion of forming of similar form in a metal mold in the vulcanization process. Accordingly, the product can be arranged in the stated position in the same way as the carcass member being employed.

Rubbers which are useful for components (i) and (ii) are polybutadiene, polyisoprene and a styrene/butadiene rubber.

CONSTITUTION:Before a core ring 4 is in contact with a core mold 3, stop the core ring 4 from rising by operating a lever. Then, removing the core ring 4 from the piston rod 13, and a bead wire bundle 26 is attached to a channel 23. On the bottom of the channel 23 a plurality of parmanent magnets 24 are disposed, and they are capable of holding the bead wire bundle 26 at the channel 23 positively. Then, after the bead wire bundle 26 is attached to the channel 23 of the core ring 4 the core ring 4 is connected to a piston rod 13 via a lock mechanism 25 for molding a cordless tire. Thus a good cordless tire is producible with a simple molding process.

By incorporating a specified process oil to this and applying it to a rubber compound and vulcanizing generation of a large amount of fume from a tire is prevented.
