    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce residual distortion, improve seismic tracking ability and mounting work, and reduce cost, by using as an elastic material a rubber composition containing a rubber component and metal salt of α, β unsaturated carboxylic acid. SOLUTION: A base material rubber of an elastic washer 1 contains various diene-based rubber, the other rubber component, preferably cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, and natural rubber, polyisoprene rubber, or mixture of them as further rubber component. A metal salt of α, β unsaturated carboxylic acid, especially preferably used ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid is a metal salt of (meta) acrylic acid or crotonic acid, and its mixing amount is 10-100 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the rubber component. The structure discussed above reduces residual distortion than a washer made of conventional rubber composition, prevents occurrence of looseness, softens this washer, allows tracking even when opening is large, and increases compression elastic coefficient by 10% to improve fastening efficiency.

    • PURPOSE: To easily set a detector for measuring the weight of a traveling vehicle by applying a specified voltage to a conductive rubber detection plate with its volume resistant value changing with respect to the treading load of the vehicle and detecting a flowing current. CONSTITUTION: A weight detection part 3 is provided with a rubber detection plate 31 set on a traveling road surface. This detection plate 31 is made of a conductive rubber material having a characteristic of its volume resistance value changing with respect to the treading load of a tire. When a pressure is applied in such a state that electrodes are attached to both ends of the detection plates 31 and a direct current is applied, a volume resistant value increases almost linearly. Thus, by detecting a current flowing to the detection plate 31 at this time, the weight of the vehicle can be calculated. Further, since the volume resistant value of the conductive rubber decreases with a temperature increase, a volume resistant value-temperature curve can be measured beforehand, a temperature of the rubber detection plate 31 from a volume resistant value in an unload state in which no vehicles exist can be calculated and from this temperature the volume resistant value can be calculated beforehand.
