摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten balance correction time from a synthetic aspect and to enhance the stability of a rotary cylindrical body at the time of high speed rotation, by a method wherein stationary balance is sufficiently secured by the balance correction of respective parts before adhesion and engagement, and balance correction wts. are dispersed and the phases of the wts. at both ends of bellows are matched. CONSTITUTION:Balance correction is performed with respect to an indivisual part at two or more places. By this method, the concentration of balance correction wts. is eliminated and the collapse of rotary balance generated by the deformation of the parts due to the centrifugal force of the concentrated wts. can be also prevented. The phases at the arrangement points of the balance correction wts. 5, 5' provided in the vicinity of both ends of bellows 2 among the balance correction wts. of linear cylindrical parts 3, 3' are allowed to almost coincide. Thereafter, an adhesive is used to connect and engage the bellows and the linear cylindrical parts to unite all of them. When the correction wts. at both ends of the bellows are in the same phase, a rotary body merely generates only bending deformation and the shearing deformation of the bellows is not generated. The correction of the rotary balance is easy and rotational stability is enhanced and this method can be utilized in the manufacturing of the cylindrical body equipped with the bellows rotated at an ultrahigh speed like the FRP rotary cylindrical body of a gas centrifugal separator.
