摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat a chip in finish cutting and light cutting to effectively part the chip, by bending a breaker wall of an oblique surface in the tip of a protrud ed part so as to have a recessed form in the plane view of the chip, and a specific breaker collision angle at a cross point of an optional straight line passing through the bisection point of a corner cutting blade and the breaker wall. SOLUTION: Breaker walls 6a of an oblique surface are provided, obliquely standing from the position of the grove bottoms 3a of breaker groove 3, on the tip of protruded parts 6.
