摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber molded component in which a correct turndown position can be known precisely and by which a power cable terminal part whose insertion state into a cable is proper can be formed easily by a method wherein a main mark indicating a turndown position is formed on the inner circumferential face of a rubber molded part. SOLUTION: In a rubber molded component, a cylindrical body 1 is provided, a metal terminal 2 which is integrated at its tip is provided, and an electric field relaxation layer 3 is formed integrally on the inner circumference of the intermediate part of the body 1. On the inner circumferential face of the rubber molded component, a ring shaped protrusion 4 is formed in a prescribed position from an opening part. The position of the ring-shaped protrusion 4 is the turndown position of the rubber molded component. When a cable is inserted precisely, the position corresponds to the end part position of a cable sheath. In addition, on the inner circumferential face of the rubber molded component, an arrow 5 which indicates the ring-shaped protrusion 4 is formed from the side of the opening part. Thereby, even when the turndown position is deviated from the position of the ring shaped protrusion 4, the arrow 5 can be confirmed from the side part of the rubber molded component, and the position of the ring-shaped protrusion 4 can be judged easily.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber molded part which suppresses tracking phenomena and enables formation of an electrically superior end of a power cable. SOLUTION: This rubber molded part comprises a rubber molded part body 21 which houses the end of a power cable therein and a connecting terminal 1 formed at the upper end of the body 21. Rain covers 22A, 22B are formed at either or both of the upper end and lower end of the body 21. Since rainwater or the like runs along the slope outside the rain cover due to the presence of the rain covers 22A, 22B, the occurrence of tracking phenomenon in these parts is prevented, and thus deterioration in the rubber molded part is avoided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bolster an electrically weak point of a rubber molded part for use in a power cable, without increasing the thickness of the overall rubber molded part. SOLUTION: This rubber molded part is for power cable ends comprising a body 1 formed of insulating rubber and an electric field relaxing layer 3 which is placed on the inner circumference of the body 1. When the rubber molded part is attached to a cable end, the portion of the insulating rubber located in a position corresponding to the end of the cable shielding layer of the rubber molded part is made locally thick to form a tapered portion 4. Thus only the electrically weak point is thickened and thereby bolstered, and furthermore the body except for the tapered portion remains thin, therefore cable inserting operation is not interfered with.
