摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce a heat quantity which is required for drying by a method wherein a germfree drying chamber is constituted of a tightly-closed drying chamber for which an entrance and exit for feeding and discharging are provided, and at the sealed off drying chamber, electromagnetic wave is irradiated to a packaging material or container to dry a disinfectant. CONSTITUTION:From a container feeding part A, a container is fed to a conveyor 2 in a germfree chamber 1. At a sanitizer applying part B, a sanitizer is applied to the container, and at an ultraviolet sanitizing part C, ultraviolet ray is irradiated. The container (a) which has passed through the ultraviolet radiation process is dried at an electromagnetic wave drying part L, and further dried at a hot air drying part M, and is transferred to a filling part. That is, when the container (a) arrives the electromagnetic wave drying part L, two sheaths 4, 5 approach by the operation of cylinders 6, 7, and a sealed off chamber 10 is formed. Then drying air is fed to a drying air guiding cylinder from a drying air feeding pipe 15, and microwave is irradiated toward the container (a) from a microwave radiation nozzle 16. By doing this, the required heat quantity becomes smaller.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance homogenizing effect by low pressurizing force, by forming discharge flow passages mutually branched to reverse directions to respective center parts of a valve and a valve seat in the axial direction to perform the collision of liquids in the flow passage gap where a supply flow passage and a discharge flow passage cross. CONSTITUTION:When a liquid is sent from a supply flow passage 21, said liquid is sent to the ridge part 18 of a flow passage gap 17 through the hole 20 of a valve sleeve 19 and passes said ridge part 18 under the same pressure while the flow speed thereof increases. Therefore, preparatory emulsifying action is imparted at the ridge part. Then, liquids passed through the supply flow passage gap 17 mutually clash head-on and flow to discharge flow passages 15, 16. Because the liquid is hardly lowered in pressure and only the resistance of flow is generated at the ridge part and a frontal clash is generated at the flow speed to the pressure equal to applied pressure, collision is performed at a flow speed twice that of a conventional one.
