摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between a medium and a high viscosity liquid through a heat transfer wall provided with a circuit for supplying a high viscosity liquid in which heat transfer efficiency is prevented from lowering by providing the heat exchanger with means for mixing the high viscosity liquid with a gas. SOLUTION: High viscosity liquid in a balance tank 20 is fed through a liquid supply tank 21 through a supply circuit 11 to a heat exchanger 10 by means of a liquid supply tank 21. Flow rate and pressure of the high viscosity liquid are measured, respectively, by means of a flowmeter 22 and a pressure sensor 23. Air is delivered from an air supply means 25 toward the high viscosity liquid being fed through the supply circuit 11 and air is admixed to the high viscosity liquid before it is fed to the heat exchanger 10. Subsequently, they are mixed by means of a static mixer 24. Since bubble-like air is mixed evenly into the entire high viscosity liquid, a film formed along the inner surface of a heat transfer wall touching a highly combustible liquid in the heat exchanger 10 can be made thin while preventing the total heat transfer coefficient from lowering.
