    • The invention relates to a multilayer film for blocking infrared radiation, comprising at least two film stacks, each of which consists of protective layers on either side of a reflective layer, in which first resin layers and second resin layers are alternately stacked, wherein the first resin layer includes polyethylene terephthalate, and the second resin layer includes poly methyl methacrylate, a polyethylene terephthalate copolymer, polyethylene naphthalate, or a polymer comprising a mixture thereof. The multilayer film for blocking infrared radiation has a mean reflectance of 50% or more in a wavelength band of 900 to 1,300 nm, and the multilayer film for blocking infrared radiation has a high infrared-radiation-blocking rate in an infrared region wider than that of conventional films, as well as high transmittance in the visible light range. Thus, the multilayer film for blocking infrared radiation can be used for outdoor glass for buildings or cars, thereby enable reduction in energy use.

    • PURPOSE: A polyethylene naphthalate biaxially oriented film is provided to have excellent dimensional stability in high temperatures, and to improve light transmittance, thereby capable of being used as a touch panel, a substrate material for a flexible display, etc. CONSTITUTION: A polyethylene naphthalate biaxially oriented film is manufactured from polyethylene naphthalate containing 50-2500 ppm of a polyfunctional compound having trivalent or polyvalent reactive group. The polyfunctional compound having trivalent or polyvalent reactive group is a compound having a trivalent or polyvalent acid component or trivalent or a polyvalent alcohol component. The polyethylene naphthalate has color index L value of 45-65, and b value of 0-10. The film is elongated toward longitudinal direction by 2.5-3.5 times, and toward transversal direction by 3.3-4.5 times.
