    • Procedimiento de confección de una caja compuesta de cartón donde la caja comprende dos partes: una media caja americana sin fondo y - una bandeja (3) que sirve de fondo, bandeja que comprende flancos (5, 6) y lengüetas (7) de ensamblaje de dichos flancos entre si, caracterizado porque el procedimiento consiste, en primer lugar, en dar volumen al recorte de la media caja americana, en forma de un manguito (2) cuyo eje de simetría es perpendicular con respecto a su sentido de desplazamiento sobre la máquina y, en segundo lugar en: - desplazar dicho manguito (2) para posicionarlo en una referencia situada al nivel de un puesto (15) de ensamblaje de dichas dos partes; extraer, de un depósito (13) dispuesto en la proximidad de dicho puesto (15) de ensamblaje y con medios apropiados, un recorte (10) de bandeja; encolar, durante su desplazamiento, dicho manguito (2) y dicho recorte (10) de bandeja, manguito (2) que recibe tiras (27) de adhesivo sobre sus lados (8) longitudinales y dicho recorte (10) de bandeja recibe tiras (29) de adhesivo sobre sus lengüetas (7); posicionar y mantener dicho recorte (10) de bandeja en otra referencia al nivel de dicho puesto (15) de ensamblaje, entre dicho manguito (2) y una matriz (30) de formado de dicho recorte de bandeja; instalar un punzón (34) en dicho manguito (2), al nivel de su extremo que está en espera de dicha bandeja (3); hacer converger dicho recorte (10) y dicho manguito (2), sirviendo dicho manguito de apoyo para dicho recorte (10) mientras dicha matriz (30) empieza a plegar los flancos (5, 6) y las lengüetas (7) de este último aplicar y presionar dichos flancos (5, 6) del recorte (10) de bandeja sobre el extremo de dicho manguito (2) mediante dicha matriz (30); aplicar y presionar dichas lengüetas (7) sobre los flancos (6) correspondientes; llevar la caja compuesta hacia la referencia de dicho manguito (2), y liberarla sensiblemente aguas arriba de su posición anterior en dicha referencia, con vistas a su evacuación.
