摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain flexibility, erasticity and highly densed air-permeability by a method wherein the title magnet is composed of the thread-like synthetic resin containing the ferrite on which a prescribed amount of magnetization is provided. CONSTITUTION:When the Sr-ferrite containing thread (a) is magnetized, a thread-like magnet (am) is formed, and this thread-like magnet (am) has the soft flexibility same as that of an ordinary thread besides the property attracting the magnetic material such as iron and the like as a magnet. Also, a piece of non-woven cloth (d) is formed using the thread (a), then when the Sr-ferrite contained in the thread (a) is magnetized, the thread (a) used becomes a thread- like magnet (am), and the fabric-like magnet (bm) as a cloth-like magnet, and the non-woven magnet (dm) as a cloth-like magnet are formed. As a result, in addition to the property of attracting the magnetic substance such as iron and the like as a magnet, it has the soft flexibility, erasticity and highly densed air-permeability in the same manner as the cloths such as ordinary textile, knitted goods, non-woven fabric and the like.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a flexible filament magnet, and a woven, knitted, or unwoven flexible sheet magnet, which are inexpensive and can be produced from easily magetizable material. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined amount of a mixture of Sr-ferrite powder with nylon is put into an extruder 12 and extruded downward through a nozzle 14 at 50kg/cm or higher pressure so as to form a filament (a). The filament falls into water 22 in a tank 21 below the nozzle and stays for 4-5 seconds until it solidifies. After leaving the tank, the filament is fed into hot water 33 at 16m/sec through rollers 31 and drawn at 34m/sec by rollers 34 for stretching. The stretched filament is magnetized to form a filament magnet.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve moldability and easily manufacture complicated shapes. CONSTITUTION:The base board 6 of a permeable member 5 is firmly fixed on the magnetic pole plane of a permanent magnet 1. The edges 7 on the both sides of the permeable member 5 are bent along the side planes of the permanent magnet 1 keeping spaces 8 and the leading edges are permitted to be almost on the same plane as the magnetic pole plane of the permanent magnet 1. Either the permanent magnet 1 or the permeable member 5 is formed of hard ferrite and the other is formed of soft ferrite manufactured by molding ferrite powder or grains by synthetic resin. Thus, the permeable member improves surface magnetic flux density. The permanent magnet and the permeable member are manufactured for insert molding or heterogeneous simultaneous molding. The number of manufacturing processes is reduced. Any complicated shapes can easily be manufactured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stabilize torque for a long period and also make it possible to obtain desired torque by putting relative moveable portions in a non-contact state to each other via a gap when torque is generated by means of hysteresis caused by rotation. CONSTITUTION:When an inner tube 22 made of magnet and an outer tube 26 having magnet particles 27 enclosed therein are put in turning movement relative to each other, each of the magnet particles 27 follows movement of an outside magnet and is rotated independently. Torque is generated between the inner tube 22 and outer tube 26 by means of magnetic hysteresis caused by the rotation. Then, when a magnet 33 and an enclosing body 34 having magnet particles 35 enclosed therein are put in turning movement relative to each other, each of the magnet particles 35 follows movement of the outside magnetic pole and is rotated independently. Torque is generated between the magnet 33 and the enclosing body 34 by means of hysteresis caused by the rotation; since then the inner tube 22 and outer tube 26, and the magnet 33 and the enclosing body 34 are in non-contact state via respective gaps, torque is stabilized over a long period of time and also, since during manufacture the process of varying magnetic properties is not carried out, desired torque can be obtained.
