摘要： PURPOSE: To follow rolling and pitching of a ship even when the ship rolls and pitches by a method wherein a lamp and a base flap are brought into a vertically pitching state and a side flap is brought into a horizontally rolling state as the side flap is brought into contact with the inner wall of a guide plate arranged on the ship side. CONSTITUTION: When a ship coming alongside a pier is pitched and rolled by being influenced by waves and wind and moved in a right direction based on a lap 26a on the ship side, the position of a central line between a container support frame 22 and the lamp 26a on the ship side is displaced. In this case, the tip of a side flap 2 is pitched and rolled as it makes contact with a guide plate 1, and a side flap 2 is not separated from the guide plate 1 but follows it. When, as noted above, a ship is longitudinally and horizontally pitched and rolled, the side flap 2 is horizontally rolled based on the lap 26 on the ship side in such a state that its tip is brought into contact with the inner wall of the guide plate 1, whereby no gap is provided between the lap 26a on the ship side and a guide plate 1 on a deck 20a. Thus, smooth running of a self- running truck is practicable.

The self-traveling carriage 2 is made to enter below the container 7 on the container frame 1, and the self-traveling carriage 2 is raised by a lifting link device so as to load a container lot. Then, the subsequent container 7 is moved to the carriage loading position of the container frame 1, by means of the drive device 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To execute the effective container handling operation on the pier by mounting a pallet loaded with a number of containers on the upper deck of a container ship, and arranging a plurality of driving tires which are simultaneously elevated or turned to the lower side of the pallet. The respective containers 3 are fixed to each other, and the pallet 4 is fixed to the upper deck by stoppers 5 in a removable manner. In addition, four or more driving tires are arranged to the lower surface of the pallet 4 in an elevating and turnable manner. The respective driving tires are remotely controlled by a control means so as to be elevated or turned simultaneously. This arrangement allows loading and unloading of a number of containers 3 safely and rapidly, further labor-savingly and economically.
