摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a platinum vinylsiloxane complex with high activity and keeping stability as a hydrosilylation catalyst by blending a hydroxylation catalyst with a specific organosilazane compound so that nitrogen atom and platinum atom are in the ratio falling within a specific range. SOLUTION: A silazane compound expressed by formula R3 SiN(H)SiR3 and/or [R2 SiNH]N (in the formula, R is a group selected between a univalent aliphatic and an aromatic hydrocarbon group; n is 3-8) is blended with a platinum complex catalyst obtained by diluting a platinum vinylsiloxane complex with an organic solvent such as aromatic hydrocarbons or alcohols so that nitrogen atom and platinum atom are in the ratio of 0.1-5.0. Consequently, it is possible to effectively stabilize a platinum-vinylsiloxane complex without interferring with a hydrosilylation reaction. R in the silazane compound is a methyl group, an ethyl group, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a vinyl group or an alkylene group and especially is preferably the methyl group.
