摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the subject material having excellent antibacterial and mildew-proofing property and improved safety to human body without lowering the moisture permeability of the base cloth by applying a resin composition containing a hydrated antibacterial inorganic powder and a resin to a base cloth at a specific thickness and curing the coating layer with heat. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition containing (A) a hydrated antibacterial inorganic powder produced e.g. by adsorbing an antibacterial metallic ion such as ion of silver, copper or zinc to zeolite powder and adding 3-70% of water to the powder and (B) a resin (e.g. conventional natural or synthetic resin) is applied to a base cloth such as a woven or knit fabric made of natural or synthetic fiber, etc., at a thickness of 5-150mum and the coating film is cured by heating to form fine pores and obtain the objective moisture-permeable material. The resin is selected from polyurethane, polyacryl ester resin, polyvinyl resin, etc. The material is suitable for leather shoes, sneaker, sheets, sport wear, etc.

CONSTITUTION:The coat impregnated with an antimicrobial zeolite as antimicrobial agent is applied to the inner and/or outer surface of a metal container. The antimicrobial zeolite refers to the zolite wherein the ion- exchangeable ions are replaced partly or wholly by antimicrobial metal ions. As for the antimicrobial metal ion, silver, copper and zinc ions are its example. Preferably, the synthesized zeolite has an average size of 0.5-10mum in particle diameter, 0.5-50% antimicrobial zeolite is normally contained in the coat and the number of the antimicrobial zeolite particles dispersed in the coat per 100mum X100mum is adjusted to 1-11000. Such metal container has an antimicrobial effect on its inner and/or outer surface by means of an antimicrobial agent unharmful to the human body and prevents the growth of bacteria or fungi over an extended period of time.

Furthermore, 0.3-15mm discharge distance, 80-150W/m /min amount of treatment, 0.5-10 A applied current and 0.2-3 sec application time are exemplified as conditions of the discharge treatment.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the safety to the human body, to prevent the growth of microorganisms and to obtain stable water absorptivity by adding and compounding antibacterial zeolite which is formed by substituting a part or the whole of the ion exchangeable ions in antibacterial zeolite with antibacterial metal ions into and with a water absorptive resin. CONSTITUTION:The antibacterial zeolite is formed by bringing zeolite into contact with an aq. soln. mixture contg. the previously prepd. antibacterial metal ions of silver, copper, zinc, etc., and more preferably contg. further polyvalent metal ions to substitute the exchangeable ions in the zeolite and the above- mentioned ions. The antibacterial metal ions are adequately incorporated at 0.1 to 20% into the zeolite. The antibacterial zeolite contg. 0.1 to 15% silver ions and 0.1 to 18% copper ions or Zinc ions is more preferable. The polyvalent metal ions are exemplified preferably the ions of aluminum, cobalt or barium. The water absorptive performance such as gel characteristics of the water absorptive resin are stabilized if the metal ions are incorporated at 0.1 to 10%, more preferably 0.2 to 2% into the zeolite. In addition, the stability to heat and pressure at the time of production is improved and the remaining of the unreacted monomer at the time of production is prevented.

The antibacterial powder obtains the resin composition having a satisfactory dispersion by making the water content into 0.5-30%, preferably, 5-20%. For a mixing ratio to mix the antibacterial powder and the resin and apply them to the ground fabric, preparation is executed so that 0.1-30%, preferably, 1-10% of the antibacterial powder can be contained for the resin solid.

At least one metallic ion selected from a group consisting of silver, copper, zinc, mercury, tin, lead, bismuth, cadmium, chromium and thallium is used as the antimicrobial metal ion. A primary amine, secondary amine, tertiary amine and quaternary amine may be cited as the ion of amine. The antimicrobial aluminosilicate is directly kneaded with a resin (thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin) or applied to the surface of the resin to form an antimicrobial resin composition.
