摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve functions by providing a rotation plate body to open and close via a horizontal rotation shaft and sliding prevention means on a frame unit sliding on the window outside rail. SOLUTION: When insulation is to be shielded by a shutter, the entirely of a rotation plate body unit U2 in an unlocked state by operating a predetermined operation part is withdrawn to the room inside, and thereafter the recovery of the unit U2 by the dead load of a rotation plate body 30 is prevented by relocking operation. Next, the plate body 30 rotates about the vis 34 through withdrawal of the unit U2 to be lifted up by its lower end, thus introducing the air and indirect light in the room between it and the contiguous plate body 30. Following this, since the unit U2 is withdrawn to the room inside while being rotated about the vis 34, a lower joint material 46 acts to press down the lock rod 64 to be engaged with the engagement hole 80a of a sliding rail 80 for preventing the shutter from sliding in an open state of the plate body 30. In this manner, a shutter in a state of conventional fittings can combine a insulation shielding body and, besides, an indirect light of the order of not feeling closing can be ensured.

The cutter 70A is constituted of a reciprocally movable main body 61, a small diameter slitter disc 62 and a large diameter slitter disc 63. A vertical surface 16V forming a recessed part 16 for a vertical dry joint is cut by the small diameter slitter disc 62 and a horizontal surface 16H is cut by the large diameter slitter disc 63 and cut pieces 16C are removed to easily form the recessed part 16 for the vertical dry joint with high efficiently. The molded intermediate member 10 is dried and baked to form a brick tile.
