    • PURPOSE: To standardize a parts, and to improve the efficiency of assembling operation, by supporting filter medium guiding bars used for preventing a bend of filter medium, which are fixed separately at plural steps between a filter medium roll-out part and a roll-up part, by abutting the end-faces of the guide bars to each other.
      CONSTITUTION: A central frame 6 and a lower frame 8 are fixed to guide frames 5 arranged at left ane right sides, and a filter medium guiding bar 1 for preventing bend of a filter medium is inserted from inserting hole 61' of the frame 6 to position the upper end of the bar 1 at about the middle between the inserting holes 61' and 62' of the frame 6. Next, bar 1' is further inserted into the hole 61' to make the end face of bar 1' abut on that of the bar 1. And the upper ends of the bar 1 projecting from the hole 61' is inserted into inserting hole 72' of the upper frame 7 to fix the frame 7 to the frame 5. By the structure mentioned above, a filter medium 11 moving between a filter medium roll-out part 9 and a roll-up part 10 is prevented from being bent by gas flow.

The heat exhaust duct 8 is connected to the heat exhaust opening of an equipment 11 via a duct 11a. An intake opening 9 and a blow-out opening 10 constitute an air stirring device 30 with the aid of a high static pressure blower 2 and a pressure chamber 28 provided on the downstream side of the blow-out opening 10 of the blower 2, and all the air passed through the temperature adjusting device 1 is thereby mixed by the blower 2 and blown out of one blow-out opening 10 so that air mixing can be assured and it is possible to blow out to a work space 20 air that is of uniformized temperature.
