摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of plywood used as a form material and to save labour required for beam construction by integrating a reinforcing steel preassembled body and a beam waste form consisting of a deck plate with each other through a temporary reinforcing steel truss body supporting the reinforcing steel preassembled body consisting of beam constituting reinforcing steel. CONSTITUTION:By assembling beam constituting reinforcing steel such as a beam upper end bar 3a, a beam lower end bar 3b, a stirrup 3c and others which are beam main bars, a reinforcing steel preassembled body 3 is formed. Thereafter, to both sides of the reinforcing steel preassembled body 3, a temporary support truss body 4 is connected along the longitudinal direction of a beam. Thereafter, in an erection process of a beam waste form 2 with a deck plate as a side plate 2a and a bottom plate 2b, the reinforcing steel preassembled body 3 and the temporary support truss body 4 are hung up and connected to each other by a plural number of hoisting accessories 4a installed on the top end of the side plate 2a of the beam waste form 2. Additionally, after finishing erection of the beam waste form 2, a reinforcing steel preassembled body 1 with a formwork is formed by installing a band body. Consequently, it is possible to reduce use frequency of a crane and to eliminate support by timbering.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a rigid floor slab which can be used as structural members, by combining thin steel plates on a reinforced truss with floor slab concrete as a unit. SOLUTION: A plurality of reinforced trusses 10, 10 are laid between girders 1, 1 with a specified distance and thin steel plates 2 having uneven protrusions in the direction crossing at right angles against the reinforced truss 10 are laid thereon. Connection metal fittings 3 are arranged at three or more positions on the upper face of thin steel plates 2 right above the upper chord side lattice nodes 16 and with the longitudinal distance of the reinforced truss 10 to come into contact with the floor slab reinforcements 4. Then, cast-in-place concrete is placed by using the thin steel plates 2 as forms to construct a floor slab 6. Since the connection metal fittings 3 serve as shear connectors, the floor slab joins the thin steel plates 2 on the reinforced truss 10 to the floor slab concrete as a unit and hence, the floor slab retaining a cumulative strength can be constructed.

After that, the PC staircase 1 is suspended in an oblique shape between the lower floor slab 6 and the upper floor slab 7, and the engaging step section 2 at a lower end is fitted on the scrambling section of the lower floor slab 6, and continuously, the oblique joined surface 3 at an upper end is positioned at the scrambling section of the upper floor slab 7, and step difference is regulated. As a result, the labor of the work of the PC staircase can be saved, and a cost can be reduced.
