    • PURPOSE: An LCD panel and a liquid crystal display having the same are provided to prevent the reduction of lifetime of a light-emitting diode chip by excluding a fluorescent substance in a light-emitting diode package using a color revelation layer instead of a color filter layer. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel displays an image through external blue light. A second transparent substrate(220) faces to a first transparent substrate(210). A liquid crystal layer(230) is included between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate. The color revelation layer(240) has a red fluorescent layer(242) and a green fluorescent layer(244). The red fluorescent layer is excited by blue light. The red fluorescent layer generates red light. The green fluorescent layer is excited by the blue light.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of silver powder using silver nitrate is provided to filter and dry AgOH intermediate slurry dispersed to micro particles, thereby freely controlling particle size by forming AgOH intermediate powder.     • A sheet type heating element of a multiple structure is provided to increase a heating temperature comparing to the sheet type heating element of a single layer structure by multiply forming an insulation fabric having a carbon, silver, and electrode portions. In a sheet type heating element(100) of a multiple structure, a carbon paste is applied to an insulation fabric(115) as various patterns and shapes having a predetermined thickness and is dried. A silver paste is applied to both ends of the carbon applied portion and is dried. The carbon paste is applied to the opposite side of the insulation fabric as the various patterns and shapes having the predetermined thickness again and is dried. The silver paste is applied to both ends of the carbon applied portion(135) and is dried. The upper surface(130) and lower surface of a laminating paper are thermally pressed on both sides of the insulation fabric by forming an electrode on a top part of the silver applied portion(123) with a certain gap.
