摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make efficiently performable a solid-liquid separation with a filter press by detecting the flow rate of a raw liquid or a filtrate per unit time and switching a raw liquid forcibly feed means from a centrifugal pump to a squeeze type positive-displacement pump when the detected flow rate is lower than a previously set value. SOLUTION: In the case of performing the solid-liquid separation of a high concentration hardly dewatering slurry using the filter press 9, the original liquid of sludge is sent to an intake tank 3 by a pump 1 and is stirred while adding a flocculant by an agitator 4. Next, the raw liquid is forcibly sent to the filter press 9 through a three-way valve 7 and pipe lines 6, 8 by a raw liquid forcibly sending means 5. At this time, the flow rate of the raw liquid sent to the filter press 9 per unit time is detected by a flow rate detecting means, the detected result is compared with the previously set value and if the detected flow rate is larger than the set flow rate, the raw liquid is supplied to the filter press 9 by the centrifugal pump 18. On the other hand, if the detected flow rate is lower than the set flow rate, the centrifugal pump 18 is switched to the positive-displacement pump 16.

When the moisture ratio rises above the objective moisture ratio, it is judged that the dehydration is ended, and an indicator signal stopping the supply of the raw liq. is outputted to a forcibly feeding pump 26 from a controlling means 24 to automatically control the operation of the filter press 20.

CONSTITUTION:A lifting pipe 6 raised from a storage pump 5 of a pumping well 7 is connected with a water filling pipe 10 communicating to a recharge well 3, through a control device 1 having a turbidity sensor detecting turbidity of suspended material in the pumped water and a changeover valve 8. A drain pipe 11 is provided branching off from the intermediate part between the changeover valve 8 and the control device 1 having the turbidity sensor, and when the suspended material over the decided turbidity is detected by means of the control device 1, the changeover valve 8 is closed and the pumped water of high turbidity in suspended material is discharged outward through the drain pipe 11, and the pumped water under the decided turbidity is returned to the recharge well 3 through the water filling pipe 10. Hereby, clogging of the recharge well is possibly prevented, the condensation capacity of the recharge well can be favorably maintained for a long time, pit excavation or building of foundation is performed safely and surely, so that contribution to building of a structure of high workability, quality, and reliability, may be realized.
