    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the adjuster which is easily installed with simple constitution by providing an outer cylinder arranged on the base surface of a planting surface in a rice field, an inner cylinder which is arranged inside the upper end part of the outer cylinder and positioned in a part upper than the upper end surface of the outer cylinder and a water supply tube which is arranged inside the outer and inner cylinders and whose upper end surface is positioned in a part upper than the upper end surface of the inner cylinder. SOLUTION: This water level adjuster 10 is, for example, provided with a cylindrical outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12 is fitted to the upper end part of the outer cylinder 11 in a concentric state so as to be supported in a water stop state in a vertical direction slidably. The water supply tube 13 is inserted to the outer cylinder 11 in the concentric state and the upper end surface of the water supply tube 13 is positioned in the part upper than the upper end surface of the inner cylinder 12. A flared injecting tube part 15 is provided in the upper end part of the water supply tube 13 and its lower end part is fitted with a seal member 16. The water level adjuster 10 is arranged on the base surface 31 being the planting surface of the rice field 30, a water supply side watering tube 21 is provided in the flow-in part 13a of the water supply tube 13 and a drain-side watering tube 22 is provided in the flow-out part 11a of the outer cylinder 11.

Then, it is provided with the three chambers of a water level adjustment chamber 81 communicated to the adjustment water flow-in chamber 86 and communicated to the adjustment water flow-out chamber 86 through a water level adjustment means 67, an upper water supply chamber communicated to the lower water supply chamber and a water supply/discharge chamber 83 provided with a water supply/discharge port 83b to a cultivation section, communicated to the water level adjustment chamber 81 and the upper water supply chamber respectively through the flow path opening/closing means 64 for adjustment water and an overflow weir for water supply and communicated to the water discharge chamber 87 through the flow path opening/closing means for water discharge on the upper part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling water in paddy fields which can supply water all over the rice paddies, automatically maintain the water in the rice paddy at a constant level, in addition, has excellent workability and inexpensiveness. SOLUTION: Pipes for supplying water, water level-adjusting pipes 6B and water excluding pipes are buried under farm roads 5, and an automatic water-level setting device 7 is set every cultivation section 42. The automatic water level setting device 7 has a main box 71 divided into the section for feeding or excluding water 7X and the water level-setting section 7Y and both of the sections communicate with each other through an openable gate V2, an opening 72 for feeding or excluding water is formed on the side wall of the section for feeding and excluding water 7X. The water flows from the feeding pipe in the section for feeding and excluding water and is fed from the excluding opening to the cultivation section 42, while the excessive water and rain water flows out of the excluding opening through the section for feeding an excluding water into the excluding pipe. The water from the water level- adjusting pipe flows in the water level-setting section and is fed from the opening for feeding and excluding water to the cultivation area and the excessive water and rain water flows from the opening into the water level-setting section, then flows out to the water level-adjusting pipe in the downstream.
