摘要： PURPOSE:To make highly accurate the alarm clock, by performing the center punch, external size punch of dial, and dial alarm time punch with one press mold at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The dial base plate 1A on which the guide hole 5 is provided in advance and the time scale 2 is printed by taking the guide hole 5 as the reference, is placed on the table of press machine, and the guide hole 5 is inserted to the pin 6 and fixed. Next, with one press mold, the external size punch of the dial 1, center hole 3 punch of the scale 1, and punch for the alarm time scale 4 are made at the same time. Thus, the center hole 3 of the dial 1 and the alarm scale 4 have no position shift, allowing high accuracy of alarm time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the production of a very thin watch, by a method wherein a watch movement is thinned using an hour and a minute ring having an inner hour gear and minute gear, and hands and housed within a range of the thickness of the watch movement. CONSTITUTION:An hour ring 11 is pivotably supported in a space between an upper case 7 and middle case 9. The hour ring has an inner hour gear 11a engraved in the inner surface thereof. A minute ring 13 is rotatably supported in a gap between a lower case 8 and the middle case 9. An inner minute gear 13a is engraved in the inner surface of the minute ring. An hour hand 21 and a minute hand 22 protrude in the direction of a radius above outer peripheries of the hour ring 12 and minute ring 13, and thereby they can be housed within a range of a thickness L of a watch movement 6. This permits the production of a very thin watch.

摘要： PURPOSE:To release a molded article from a die without damaging the outer- peripheral surface thereof and thereby to obtain a beautiful molded article, by a method wherein the molded article molded in a cavity is stuck on a concave die forming the cavity when the dies are opened, and then the molded article is released from the concave die. CONSTITUTION:Melted plastic is injected from an injection port 7 into a cavity 5 formed between a fixed mold 1 proided with a convex die 3 and a movable mold 2 provided with a conave die 4, and then it is made to set into a molded article A. Next, the movable mold 2 and an ejector plate 12 are moved backward to release the molded article A from the convex die 3 in the state that the molded article is stuck on the concave die 4, while the article A is made shrink a little to form a vacancy between it and the surface 4a of the inner peripheral wall of the concave die 4. Then, the ejector plate 12 is operated to move forward ejector pins 9 and 11, while compressed air is injected from the ejector pin 11 to release the molded article A from the concave die 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve an alarm setting precision through the abolishment of an alarm set hand and to enable thinning of a clock, by a method wherein an alarm setting division indication part is made of a light transmission material, and an alarm setting wheel, in which an alarm setting indication mark part is formed, is placed at the back of the indication part. CONSTITUTION:A large-sized alarm setting hole 12 is formed in a center of a face supporter 4 and a face 6, and an alarm setting scale indication part 15 mates the alarm setting hole. The alarm setting scale indication 15 is formed of a light transmission material, and an alarm setting scale is formed in an outer periphery thereof. A bearing 18, through which an hour hand pipe 9 pierces, is mounted at the alarm setting wheel 17, an alarm setting indication mark part 19, which is of a projection engaging the alarm setting scale indication part 15, is formed pointing the front surface. An alarm setting indication mark 20 is formed on the front surface of the alarm setting indication mark part 19, and can be seen through the front surface of the alarm setting scale indication part 15 on a ground plate.
