The first sleeve 50 has the molybdenum wire 30 inserted from an opening 52, and the first connector wire 61 inserted from an opening 51 and is crimped to have the molybdenum wire 30 and the first connector wire 61 connected conductively, while the first sleeve 50 is folded.

On condition that an inner diameter of the bottom part 14 of the reflector 114 is A, and outer diameter of the sealing part at one side is B, a relation 4.0 mm≤A-B≤7.0 mm is satisfied.
