    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which automatically judges a proper exercise load for each individual for a kinesitherapy, a care prophylaxis, and the promotion of health for myocardial infarction patients and lifestyle-related disease patients based on the cardiac sound which is non-invasively detected. SOLUTION: The variation in the amplitude of the first cardiac sound to the variation in an exercise loading intensity is checked, and the variation of a ratio in a cardiac expansion time to one cardiac cycle to the variation of the exercise loading intensity is checked. When the variation of the ratio in the cardiac expansion time to the one cardiac cycle is the first reference value or higher in the flex point of the variation in the amplitude of the first cardiac sound, the folding point is judged to be an optimal exercise intensity.
