    • The invention concerns a device for driving a tool (2) connected to a tool holder (3) which is drivingly connected to a first linear motor (21) and a second linear motor (31) which can be actuated separately from the latter. The tool holder (3) can be driven in a translatory manner by the first linear motor (21) and in a wobbling manner by the second linear motor (31). The translatory and wobbling displacement movements of the linear motors (21, 31) can be transmitted to or superimposed on the tool holder (3) individually or jointly. This configuration of the drive device (1) enables the associated tool (2) to be driven in different ways, and hence very different operations to be carried out, so avoiding the risk of overheating, on a tooth for example, owing to frictional heat. The two linear motors (21, 31) can be operated separately or together such that the tool (2) is driven so that it wobbles or rotates in its axial direction, both the frequency and the intensity of the lifting and pivoting movements being easily adaptable to the respective application.

    • The invention relates to a method for bleeding a hydraulic vehicle brake system (10) that comprises a power-brake system and an emergency manual brake system. According to the invention, brake pressure generating valves (28) are used to bleed the brake system by opening them, preferably one after the other, so that the brake fluid flows through the brake pressure generating valves (28), the separation valves (52) and a brake master cylinder (50) and arrives at a brake fluid reservoir (24). The brake fluid displaces any brake fluid that might contain gas from the vehicle brake system (10) to the brake fluid reservoir (24) where gas bubbles may be released from the brake fluid, thereby avoiding that the brake fluid is compressible by gas bubbles.
