    • PURPOSE:To increase the stability of a train and suppress the discomfort of passengers while improving safety by journalling blade bodies to the tail of the last vehicle body of the train, and controlling the blade bodies by synchronizing them in the shaking direction by computer control. CONSTITUTION:A vertical pair of hinges 2, 2 are provided in the bilaterally symmetric positions of the last vehicle body 1a of a train, and blade bodies 3 are rotatably journalled through the hinges 2, 2. A pressure device 4 formed of a rod expanded/contracted by the driving of a servo motor, for instance, is fitted to the blade body 3. The pressure device 4 is controlled by a computer on the basis of input signals from a sensor for detecting the shaking of the body 1a. When the train travels at high speed and the body 1a shakes in the Y-direction, for instance, the sensor senses this, and the pressure device 4 is expanded/contracted by computer control, so that the blade body 3 is changed synchronously onto the P1 side. Hereupon pressure is applied in the Z-direction opposite to the shaking direction so as to reduce the shaking.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the air traffic serviceability eliminating the noise pollution by communicating take-off and landing facilities for airplane constructed in a place remote from the center of a city and midtown terminal facilities built under the ground in the center of the city through an extra-deep tunnel, and by transporting passengers and baggage with a mobile-lounge at high speed. CONSTITUTION:Take-off and landing facilities A for airplane 1 are constructed in suburbs remote from the center of a city and midtown terminal facilities B are built under the ground at a great depth in the center of a city, and both facilities are communicated through an extra-deep tunnel 5. Passengers and baggage are transported with a mobile-lounge 6 that is laid alongside the airplane 1. A flatcar 7 for carrying of the mobile-lounge 6 is provided in the extra- deep tunnel 5 and is driven at high speed on a track 8 by means of a linear motor. When an airplane 1 lands, the mobile-lounge 6 is brought to the side of the airplane 1 and is connected to the entrance of the airplane. After being transferred to the mobile-lounge, the passengers and baggage are transported at high speed through the extra-deep tunnel 5. Thereby high-speed transportation with less noises becomes feasible.

A flatcar 8 is provided in the extra-deep tunnel 5 for high-speed transportation by a linear motor driving system between the midtown terminal B and the take-off and landing facilities A. The cabin 1a, with passengers or the like onboard, is detached from the airplane 1 and is carried by means of high-speed transportation. Thereby the take-off and landing facilities A and the midtown terminal B can be linked with a short-time travel and, at the same time, air traffic noises in the urban area can be eliminat ed.
