    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll machine for milling equipped with a mechanism to easily remove a remaining stock of flour accumulated in the roll machine, when the machine is in maintenance after the operation. SOLUTION: A front door 23 installed at inclined upper side of rolls 4, 5 is formed in such a manner that the lower side of the front door 23 is turned from the front side to the upper side to be self-supported at the upper side by fitting a hinge 43 between the upper part of the front door 23 and a frame 2. A roll cover 33 which covers the outer periphery of the rolls 4, 5 is composed of a main roll cover 37 covering the upper part of the rolls 4, 5 and a feed roll cover 38 covering a guiding chute 31. The first supporting point shaft 39 is inserted between the main roll cover 37 and the feed roll cover 38 so that the main roll cover 37 is able to be folded at the side of the feed roll cover 38. Further, the second supporting point shaft 40 is inserted between the upper part of the feed roll cover 38 and the frame 2 wherein the main roll cover 37 is able to be turned to the upper part in folded state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact crushing apparatus for grains which can yield crushed matter of prescribed grain sizes without performing screening in post process steps and exchanging of screen cylinder bodies themselves. SOLUTION: The impact crushing apparatus has a feeding port 15b which feeds raw materials to be crushed, a rotary disk 7 which is disposed below the feeding port 15b, and is radially disposed with a plurality of wings 8 at its peripheral edge, the screen cylinder body 10 which is installed securely to the outer side of the peripheral edge of the rotary disk, a crushed matter discharging part 13 disposed on the outer side of the screen cylinder body 10 and a driving section which rotationally drives the rotary disk 7, in which the screen surface of the screen cylinder body 10 comprises a plurality of attachable and detachable screen plates 11a and 12a. The screen surface of the screen cylinder body 10 is formed by slidably superposing a plurality of the screen plates 11a and 12a one another.
