SOLUTION: The top face of a transparent glass top plate 2 inserted by notching a part of this side of a top plate 1 is fitted so that it becomes a plane similar to the top face of the top plate 1. A drawer 3 is fitted so that it can be drawn out or pushed in below the top plate 1 by guide rails. A liquid crystal monitor 11 being the display device of a computer is accommodated and fitted in the drawer 3. The liquid crystal monitor 11 is drawn to this side and it can easily be viewed in a state where the drawer 3 is drawn out. Since a keyboard 12 is accommodated below the top plate 1 and it is hidden in the state where the drawer 3 is pushed in, the keyboard 12 is not projected when the computer is not operated.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce a photosensor for measuring visible rays having spectral sensitivity similar to that of human being, a simple construction and a high accuracy without combining with infrared absorbing filter, by using a metal having a low reflectivity for rear electrode layer located at the side of a thin film semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION:A rear electrode layer 50 is located at the side of a thin film semiconductor. That is, a low reflectivity metal layer 53 having a low reflectivity is provided at the portion which comes into contact with an n-type amorphous silicon. That is, the low reflectivity metal layer 53 comprising titanium is provided by deposition or sputtering. In this way, by providing the low reflectivity metal layer 53 at the rear electrode 50 located at the side of the thin film semiconductor 4, the reflection of incident light from the side of the rear electrode layer 50 is suppressed, the sensitivity at the long wavelength side of a light sensor is lowered and the spectral characteristics similar to those of the visual sensitivity of human being can be obtained.
