摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing semi-rigid polyurethane foam that has good moldability and can give molded products of reduced void defects, thus being suitable for crush pads in vehicle. SOLUTION: In the method of producing semi-rigid polyurethane foam by casting the reaction liquid mixture including the polyol component (I), the polyisocyanate component, the catalyst and the foam stabilizer into a mold, the following polyether polyol (a1) is used as a part of the polyol component and the water including the polyether polyol (a1) is used as a foaming agent: The polyether polyol (a1) means a polyoxyethylene polyol bearing 2-6 average number of the functional groups and 100-1,000 mg KOH/g hydroxyl value.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which is suitable for producing clash pads for instrument panels of vehicles and gives with a good moldability a molded article cured for a short time, and almost free from void defects. SOLUTION: A polyol composition for producing a semirigid polyurethane foam is provided which comprises (A) a polymer polyol prepared by polymerizing (b) a vinyl monomer in (a) a polyether polyol and/or (B) a polyether polyol, provided that specific three kinds of polyether polyols are contained in polyether polyol (a) and/or polyether polyol (B). A composition for forming a semirigid polyurethane foam is also provided which comprises the above polyol composition, a specific polyisocyanate component, water as a blowing agent, a catalyst, and optionally a foam stabilizer.
