摘要： PURPOSE:To improve colorless transparency and weatherability and to prevent the generation of a skin disorder, by adding an ultraviolet absorber and an oxidation inhibitor to a specific epoxy resin composition to mix the same with said composition and subjecting the obtained resin composition to injection molding to cure the resulting molded body under heating. CONSTITUTION:A main agent composed of an epoxy resin selected from diepoxides derived from bisphenols, a curing agent selected from a compound represented by formula (wherein R2 is an aromatic hydrocarbon group or an alicyclic hydrocarbon group, R3 is a 10 or less C straight chain or branch alkyl group, a carboxyl group or hydrogen, X1 is -O-, -S- or A and R4 is a 7 or less C straight chain or branch alkyl group), a flexibility imparting agent selected from polyether polyol and polyether glycidyl ether and a curing promoter selected from a quaternary phosphonium salt, a quaternary ammonium salt and a salt of 1, 8-diazabicyclo (5, 4, 0) undecene-7 are mixed. An epoxy resin composition wherein the ratio of the active group equivalent of a system consisting of the curing agent and the flexibility imparting agent to the epoxy equivalent of the main agent is 0.7-1.5 and the compounding amount of the flexibility imparting agent to the main agent is 5-60pts.wt. and the compounding amount of the curing promoter to the main agent is 0.05-5.0pts.wt. is subjected to injection molding to be cured under heating.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition capable of giving a water-permeable pavement which is free from defects over long, such as the debonding of in organic aggregate particles caused by external stress, by mixing a liquid epoxy resin with an amine hardener and a xylene/formaldehyde resin. CONSTITUTION:A liquid epoxy resin (A) (e.g. a liquid bisphenol A epoxy resin) is mixed with an amine hardener (B) (e.g. a xylylenediamine modified with acrylonitrile) and a xylene/formaldehyde resin (C) to produce the objective composition. The amount of the ingredient (C) is preferably 3-50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. the sum of the ingredients (A) and (B). A curing accelerator (e.g. hydroquinone), an antioxidant, a thixotropic agent, etc., may further be incorporated. Since this composition has a high initial strength and a high tensile elongation at break and is reduced in deterioration by weathering, a waterpermeable pavement which does not suffer troubles such as cracking over long can be laid with the composition.
