摘要： The invention prevents an LC type optical connector plug from seriously harming a body of a worker, particularly eyes of the worker in a work for fitting the LC type optical connector plug having various concavo-convex shapes. A connector housing (1) has in its inner side of a side wall a guide groove line (7a, 7b, 12) which inserts and guides LC type optical connector plugs (P1, P2) from its fitting portion, and a recess portion (11 b) which conforms to a swing motion of a shutter plate (11), and the guide groove line (7a, 7b, 12) is constructed by cutting a part of the guide groove line (7a, 7b, 12) so as to form the same planar shape by forming the recess portion (11b).

摘要： A compact multiple type optical connector plug, in which canceling levers can be easily operated without using any special tool even in case of a high density mounting, is provided. The multiple type optical connector plug is structured to be capable of being inserted to and detached from each of insertion portions of an optical adapter formed via a partition wall provided in a module on the basis of a plural branched structure. The optical connector plug is provided with canceling levers (11), each including locking pieces (12) for engaging with the adapter and a locking pieces (11a) on a rear end portion, on one surface in a longitudinal direction of a plug main body (1) from a front side toward a rear side, and a slider (13) movably attached to regulation regions in an axial direction of the plug main bodies (1) via a holder portion which is divided into upper and lower portions (19a, 19b) for incorporating a plurality of plug main bodies (1), and the slider (13) has a plurality of cam portions (13a) which engage with the canceling pieces (11a) on each of the canceling levers (11) of a plurality of plug main bodies (1) so as to be capable of pressing them.

摘要： The invention can prevent a leading end of a ferrule including a core portion from being damaged, even in the case that the leading end of the ferrule of a plug is erroneously inserted from a diagonally upward direction side before a fitting portion of an LC type optical connector. A shutter plate (11) is provided with a clearance (30) for receiving in a non-contact manner a leading end portion of a ferrule (24) which is inserted from a diagonally upward direction side before a fitting portion (A). The clearance (30) is formed into a rectangular shape, a trapezoidal shape, a circular arc shape, a bowl-like recess shape or an opening shape from a front surface side of the shutter plate (11) toward an inner side, and the shutter plate (11) is structured such that the shutter plate (11) is pushed away and opened by a leading end opening edge portion of a coupling sleeve (21) which is provided so as to cover a periphery of the ferrule (24), at the same time of receiving the leading end portion of the ferrule (24) by the clearance (3) in a non-contact state.

The two core type optical connector plug includes a holder (1) that holds ferrule housings (10A, 10B) of a pair of optical connectors (A, B) to become one body and houses core wires of a pair of optical fiber cables extending backward, a boot (2) that simultaneously protects the pair of optical fiber cables extending backward from the holder (1), and a lever coupler (20) that is formed to be mountable on or demountable from the holder (1). The lever coupler (20) is formed to connect a pair of latch levers (5a, 5a) to a tip side of an operating lever (7) mounted on the holder (1) so as to correspond to the ferrule housings (10A, 10B) and to provide elasticity.
