Based on a differential pressure deviation value Pf from the input processing parts 65a to 65c connected to the fuzzy inference part 63, a modified amount DELTAM of the opening of dampers 57a to 57c for pressure regulation is determined by the fuzzy inference part 63 and this modified amount DELTAM of the opening is outputted to the output processing parts 67a to 67c connected to the fuzzy inference part 63. By these output processing parts 67a to 67c, the opening of the dampers 57a to 57c for pressure regulation is computed and outputted. According to this constitution, a plurality of dampers 57a to 57c for pressure regulation can be controlled easily by using one fuzzy inference part 63.

CONSTITUTION:Disinfection and exhaustion control means 63 is actuated upon disinfection and exhaustion, and a predetermined air amount apparatus 47 is set by small air amount setting means 67 to be smaller in its air amount than a stationary air amount, and further proportional sensitivity set to a pressure difference adjuster 61 is set by proportional sensitivity alteration means 68 to be smaller than stationary proportional sensitivity. Thereafter, the predetermined air amount apparatus 47 is actuated, and simultaneously operation of fully opening an air amount supply side high air tight damper 49 and an exhaustion side high air tight damper 55 is started. After a predetermined time since the full opening of the air supply side high air-tight damper 49 and the exhaustion side high-air tight damper 55, the air amount setting of the predetermined air amount apparatus 47 is returned to the stationary air amount by air amount returning means 71, and the proportional sensitivity of the pressure difference adjuster 61 is returned to the stationary proportional sensitivity by proportional sensitivity returning means 72.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a control point from exceeding a saturation line on the way of the moving route by arriving the original set point at a new set point while moving the control point for indicating the temperature and humidity state of the air between the original point and the new point on a psychrometric chart along a virtual route. SOLUTION: A controller 17 calculates a dry-bulb temperature deviation ΔT, dew point temperature deviation ΔTD, and temperature deviation ΔS, and calculates the outputs of the temperature and humidity operating amounts. After the temperature and humidity state (dry-bulb and dew point temperatures) of the air changed by the outputs is measured, it is fed back to the controller 17. The temperature and humidity change operations of the air in an environment testing chamber are simultaneously conducted, and hence the positions of control points for indicating the temperature and humidity states of the air between the original set point and new set point are moved on a psychrometric chart. The control point passes the new point and arrives at the new point while satisfying the condition for moving along the virtual route parallel to the saturation line during the moving of the control point.

    • PURPOSE:To make possible not only air-conditioning in each room individually but also the humidity control of each room without the need of any surplus heat source by connecting a water cooling heat pump and a direct expansion type fan coil unit by three-pipe type piping. CONSTITUTION:A water cooling heat pump 1, a direct expansion type fan coil unit (fan coil) 2 arranged in each room and three-pipe type piping 3 of refrigerant are provided. A screw compressor 11 of a two-stage compressing cycle not only recovers refrigerant liquid effectively but also controls the increase of high pressure by heat pump operation to improve refrigerating efficiency thereof and further makes refrigerant carrying possible by a three-pipe type together with the setting of an intermediate cooler 12. On the other hand, as for individual air-conditioning in each room, the adaptability to load increase is given and leakage corrective action is contrived by using the direct expansion type fan coil while humidity control by dehumidification and reheating is made possible because of providing a hot gas coil.
