摘要： A dust separator of a vacuum cleaner stores collecting water and comprises an inlet through which dirt-entrained air is drawn in and an outlet through which filtered air is discharged. The inlet is disposed in a center of the dust separator and the dust separator comprises a rotating device to uniformly spray the air drawn in through the inlet in all directions on a horizontal plane, thereby rotating the air. The collecting water shakes in a uniform pattern by the air sprayed by the rotating device.

The disclosed wet-type dust collector comprises: a first separating portion, the inside of which is filled with water for separating dust from air that is suctioned in from the outside; an exhaust pipe unit having an exhaust outlet and installed inside the first separating portion; and a passage-closing unit installed inside the exhaust pipe unit, wherein the passage-closing unit closes the exhaust outlet of the exhaust pipe unit by means of the combined forces of the suctioning force through the exhaust pipe unit and the buoyant force of the water, in order to prevent the water from leaking out from the first separating portion.

摘要： The present invention relates to a wet type dust collection device for a vacuum cleaner. The wet type dust collection device comprises: a dust receptacle having at least two dust collection areas with water inlets respectively and a water distribution flow path for connecting the water inlets to be communicated with each other; and a dust receptacle cover coupled to the dust receptacle and provided with a sealing member at a lower portion, the sealing member being coupled to at least one of the water inlets in an openable and closable manner. Thus, a user can fill a number of dust collection areas with water at the same time simply by filling a single dust collection area with water. Moreover, the sealing member blocks the water inlets during the operation of a vacuum cleaner to prevent the transport of water between the dust collection areas. Accordingly, a reduction in the efficiency of dust separation due to the transport of water while the vacuum cleaner is in use can be avoided, and exhausting air is facilitated. Also, the efficiency of dust separation is enhanced as the water that is filled inside the dust receptacle powerfully collects scattered dust while spinning.

The sealing cover further includes a wheel rolling by coming into contact with the surface to be cleaned and the outer circumference of the wheel is installed with a fiber bundle.
