摘要： Disclosed herein is a multiple room air conditioner comprising an outdoor unit (32), a plurality of indoor units (33), and a cooling/heating operation mode switching unit (34) to change refrigerant flow to the indoor units (33). The outdoor unit (32) is connected to the cooling/heating operation mode switching unit (34) via a high-pressure gas pipe (36), a low-pressure gas pipe (37) and a liquid pipe (38). The cooling/heating operation mode switching unit (34) is connected to the indoor units (33) via the gas pipes and the liquid pipe. When the multiple room air conditioner is operated in the simultaneous cooling and heating operation mode, some of the high-pressure refrigerant discharged from a compressor (41) through the high-pressure gas pipe (36) is bypassed to the liquid pipe at the outdoor heat exchanger side, among the liquid pipe diverging from the indoor units performing heating operation to the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor units performing cooling operation through a branch part (38a).
