    • Disclosed is a method for transmitting MBSFN subframe configuration information of neighboring cells in a wireless system, the method comprises steps of: transmitting, by a base station of a serving cell, MBSFN subframe configuration information of the serving cell to a UE which accepts services from the serving cell via a broadcast control channel (BCCH); transmitting, by the base station of the serving cell, information on a subset relationship of MBSFN subframe configurations of the neighboring cells relative to the MBSFN subframe configuration of the serving cell to the UE which accepts services from the serving cell via the broadcast control channel (BCCH); performing, by the UE, measurements on the neighboring cells according to the subframe configuration information of the serving cell and the information on the subset relationship of the MBSFN subframe configurations of the neighboring cells relative to the MBSFN subframe configuration of the serving cell. With the method of the present invention, the UE can learn about the MBSFN subframe configuration information of the neighboring cells in a more accurately manner. Therefore, more subframes can be measured to improve measurement precision. Meanwhile, the present invention is based on redefinition of messages in the existing method, and thus no extra signaling overhead will be introduced.

    • An apparatus and a method for feeding back data receiving status, applied to a Long Term Evolution-Advanced (LTE-A) system, are provided. The method includes sequencing, by a User Equipment (UE), downlink subframes for transmitting data with respect to each Component Carrier (CC), generating receiving status feedback information for the first X downlink subframes with respect to each CC according to the result of the sequencing, where X=M, wherein M is the number of downlink subframes on each CC, and transmitting the receiving status feedback information generated with respect to each CC to a base station. Accordingly, the UE will not misinterpret the receiving status for the downlink subframes due to inconsistencies with the base station between transmitting and receiving feedback. This affects the Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) transmission, saves the uplink overheads occupied by the receiving status feedback information, and increases the uplink coverage area.

    • Embodiments of the present invention disclose an ACK/NACK feedback method in a wireless communication system, including: determining, by a UE, number of public sub-frames, all of which are uplink sub-frame in PCC and any SCC sub-frames of any radio frame in frame structure configurations according to the frame structure configurations of the PCC and any SCC; selecting, by the UE, a configuration, uplink sub-frames of which merely include sub-frames corresponding to the determined number of public sub-frames from existing seven kinds of frame structure configurations; and feeding back, by the UE, to a eNB ACK/NACK information corresponding to PDSCH in the SCC on the PCC adopting a timing relationship between the PDSCH and the ACK/NACK corresponding to the selected configuration. With the ACK/NACK feedback method of the present invention, the UE may adaptively feed back the ACK/NACK according to the configured frame structure configuration of the CC, the carrier aggregation between Bands of different frame structure configurations is effectively supported and the coexistence and performance optimization of different communication systems is implemented without limiting the number of amplifiers of the UE.
