摘要： An eNodeB is configured to perform a method for a random access procedure in an LTE-Advanced system. The method includes receiving from a user equipment a random access preamble message on a physical random access channel (PRACH) on a first cell, the PRACH associated with a random access radio network temporary identifier (RA-RNTI). The method also includes transmitting to the user equipment a random access response (RAR) message on a second cell. At least one of the RAR message and the RA-RNTI includes information configured to allow the user equipment to identify a target Timing Advance Group (TAG) or cell associated with the RAR message.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method, apparatus, and system for efficiently reporting power headroom (PH) for optimizing uplink coverage. A method in which user equipment reports power headroom in a mobile communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the following processes: receiving power headroom report (PHR) set-up information including a PH threshold value from a base station; comparing the PH value, which indicates the available transmission power of the user equipment, with the PH threshold value to determine whether or not to perform PHR triggering; and, if the PH value is smaller than the PH threshold value, transmitting, to the base station, PHR-related report information which reflects influences caused by the scheduling of the base station.
