    • A Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS) which can operate at a high switching frequency is provided. The SMPS includes: a switching unit for chopping an input DC power to a square wave of the frequency and outputting the square wave; an inverter unit which includes an upper output unit and a lower output unit that are turned on/off alternately in response to a logic level of the square wave signal output by the switching unit, and generating the square wave signal; a current feedback unit for detecting the current flowing through the output terminal of the inverter unit; a switching control unit for adjusting the pulse phase of the square wave of the switching unit in response to the detection signal output by the current feedback unit and maintaining the DC voltage of a final output regular; and an output rectifying unit for rectifying the square wave signal output by the inverter unit and outputting the signal as the DC power.

    • A switching mode power supply (SMPS) which is capable of minimizing energy loss, is provided. The SMPS includes a switching signalgenerating portion (11), which outputs a switching signal having a predetermined frequency, at least two switching elements Q1-Q3, which turn on or off operation in response to the switching signal, power conversion elements T1-T3, which are connected between the switching elements and an input DC power, through which current flows or is cut off according to the on or off state of the switching element, to generate a square wave signal, and anoutput rectifier (17) into which the square wave signal generatedby the power conversion element is transmitted, which rectifies the square wave signal and outputs a DC power. The current flowingin an inverter is dispersed into a plurality of paths to flow through a plurality of switching transistors and/or a plurality of transformers, and thereby minimizing power loss due to the transistors and/or transformers, and allowing the use of smaller transformer.

    • A Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS) that can operate at a high switching frequency, is provided. The SMPS includes a switching unit, a power transformer, a detector, a controller, and a rectifier. The switching unit is turned on or off in response to a pre-defined switching signal. The power transformer has a primary coil connected between an input DC power and the switching unit, and a secondary coil that receives the power flowing through the primary coil. The detector senses the current flowing through the primary coil of the power transformer and then feeds the current signal back to the controller. The controller generates the switching signal depending on an error signal and the detection signal. In the power supply, if the circuit is configured in such a way that power which is provided to the switching frequency oscillator of the PWM control circuit is separate from power which is provided to a main power anplifier that amplifies the switching signal, any oscillation caused by the switching oscillator is not transmitted to the output terminal, and thus efficiency is increased.
