    • A frequency mixer having a direct conversion scheme is provided to suppress a generation of a harmonic component based on a signal offset caused by a phase difference and to improve a signal path separation by forming a double balance structure. A frequency mixer having a direct conversion scheme includes a first switching terminal(610), a second switching terminal(620), at least one first load resistor(650), at least one second load resistor(660), a first bias terminal(630), and a second bias terminal(640). The first switching terminal(610) receives a high frequency signal and a local oscillation signal. The second switching terminal(620) receives an AC ground signal and the local oscillation signal. The first load resistor(650) is connected to the first switching terminal(610) and the second switching terminal(620), and outputs a first output signal. The second load resistor(660) is connected to the first switching terminal(610) and the second switching terminal(620), and outputs a second output signal. The first bias terminal(630) outputs a first bias voltage which adjusts a duty cycle of the first switching terminal(610) based on mismatching between the first load resistor(650) and the second load resistor(660). The second bias terminal(640) outputs a second bias voltage which adjusts a duty cycle of the second switching terminal(620) based on the mismatching between the first load resistor(650) and the second load resistor(660). A baseband signal corresponds to a difference between the first output signal and the second output signal.

    • PURPOSE: A voltage mode driver and comparator circuits and operation method therefor are provided to constitute the comparator circuit for controlling impedance without separate reference resistance by using termination resistance in a reception terminal. CONSTITUTION: A voltage mode driver(200) includes a plurality of unit circuits(210,220,250). The unit circuits are parallely arranged in the voltage mode driver. The unit circuits include a plurality of resistances and a plurality of switch transistors controlling a voltage size. The voltage mode driver controls the voltage size in a de-emphasis circuit by using legs included in the plurality of unit circuits. The plurality of unit circuits has a binary weight. The legs included in the plurality of unit circuits can have different weighted values including each binary weight.
