摘要： An ink jet print head and a method of manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a nozzle layer from swelling during forming the nozzle layer on the chamber layer by forming a through-hole on the chamber layer. An ink jet print head includes a substrate(210), an ink feed hole(211), an ink chamber(213), a chamber layer(212), a through-hole(214), a nozzle layer(216), a nozzle(217), a and solid film resist. The ink feed hole is vertically formed on the substrate. The ink chamber fills with ink flowing through the ink feed hole. The chamber layer is formed on the substrate and confines the ink chamber. The through-hole is formed on the chamber layer and connects the ink chamber to outside for preventing the nozzle layer from swelling. The nozzle layer is formed on the chamber layer and has the nozzle through which the ink inside the ink chamber discharged outside. The nozzle layer and the chamber layer comprise solid film resists for precisely controlling thicknesses of the nozzle layer and the chamber layer respectively.
