摘要： The present invention relates to heating trowel which processes by heat while observing the status of the working material, such as soldering iron, plastic welder, iron, hair iron and the like, and specifically it relates to heating trowel that could be used within few seconds from providing power. A heating trowel comprises a heating wire made of metal plate such as iron chrome alloy and which is thinned to the limit that it could maintain shape, an electrical insulator which is a thin plate of aluminum nitride and the like having more than 10 times the heat conductivity of said heating wire, and a trowel tip / heat storage made from copper and the like having more than twice the heat conductivity of the aluminum nitride and the like and also having high heat capacity, and formed by sufficiently adhering these components closely by pressing and the like using a heat insulating supporter. Also, it is divided into two to a bare heating trowel and a receiving heating device. The control method comprises providing a fixed large amount of electricity for a fixed short period of time to a heating wire by operating a power switch once and rising the temperature of a trowel tip / heat storage rapidly and obtaining a desired temperature by pressing the switch for a simple countable number of times. The heating trowel mentioned above could have 10 times larger heat value than the conventional one so that it could heat the trowel tip / heat storage having large treat capacity rapidly. Also, by rising the temperature of the trowel tip stepwise by switch operation, it could be controlled without a measurement device or a control mechanism. Also, when it reaches desired temperature, the stored heat is large so that it could be used without heating. Therefore, a bare heating trowel free of cords could be used.

Therefore, the drawback on connection between the heat-generating part and electrodes is solved and the resistant wire is matched with the power supply voltage because of its relatively fine and long structure.

Accordingly, heating by the heating coil (6) immediately transfers to the heating wall (2) to start feeding water and liquid that has been heated in several seconds, and, in addition, an energy-saving power supply circuit almost free from cold water is available by separately providing a switch turned on several seconds earlier and based on this quick heating.

摘要： A hot iron such as a soldering iron, a plastic welding machine, iron, hair iron, and others, which is used while a workpiece is being observed, particularly those which can be used several seconds after a switch is turned on, wherein a hot iron is formed by thinning a metal plate made of an iron chromium alloy as a heater wire (3) to a limit at which the shape of that metal can be maintained, forming an electrical insulation body (2) with a thin plate such as an aluminum nitride which is approx. 10 times higher in thermal conductivity than the heater wire (3), using, as an iron tip heat storing part (1), a steel which is 2 times or more higher in thermal conductivity and which is larger in thermal capacity than the electrical insulation body (2), and sticking them closely to each other by pressing them with a heat insulated supporting device; a method of controlling the hot iron such as a soldering iron, comprising the steps of feeding a large set power to the heater wire (3) for a set short time every time switches (4, 7) are operated so as to raise the temperature of the iron tip heat storing part (1) rapidly so that a desired temperature can be obtained by several simple operations of the switches (4, 7).

SOLUTION: By using the electric source circuit which can greatly elevate the temperature of the processing parts by means of supplying the predetermined high electric power to the heater 2 during predetermined short time in every one operation of the switch 3 and which can maintain approximately that temperature by switching to the low electric power after that or when the switch 3 is not operated, and by using the more excellent heat conductors than the material quality of the heater in the heat conductivity such as aluminum nitride as the processing parts or as the electrical isolator in the metal processing parts, and then by making the metal plates of nickel-chrome alloy, etc., as thin as possible and uniformly narrow in width as the heater and adhering them closely to the conductors, one heat block can be generated immediately in every one operation of the switch and as a result, the temperature and the heat quantity of the processing parts can be raised in stages according to the number of times in the operations of the switch.
