摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain fine powder of an easily sinterable compound composed of lead ferroniobate and lead ferrotungstate, by preliminarily precipitating necessary minimum amount of lead component and whole tungsten in the form of tungstate and precipitating the remaining components. CONSTITUTION:A perovskite-type compound composed of lead ferroniobate and lead ferrotungstate is produced by the following method. Lead tungstate is precipitated from a necessary minimum amount of a lead component and whole tungsten component to obtain a slurry solution. An aqueous solution of iron component and niobium component of amounts necessary for attaining objective composition is added to the above slurry solution and an iron-niobium coprecipitate is formed from the mixed solution. A precipitate mixture composed of precipitate of lead tungstate and coprecipitate of iron and niobium can be produced by this process. A precipitate of whole components is produced either by (1) adding an aqueous solution of a lead component of an amount to achieve the objective composition to the aqueous medium of the above mixed precipitate thereby forming a precipitate of a lead component or (2) mixing the mixed precipitate with powdery lead compound of the same kind and same amount as the above lead compound. The obtained precipitate is washed with water, filtered, dried and calcined at 400-1,000 deg.C.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain fine powder of an easily sinterable tungsten-containing lead-type perovskite compound expressed by formula PbAxW1-xO3, by preliminarily precipitating a part of lead or component A and whole tungsten in the form of tungstate and precipitating the remaining components. CONSTITUTION:A tungsten-containing lead-type perovskite-type compound expressed by formula PbAxW1-xO3 (x is 1/2 or 2/3; A is Fe, Ni, etc.) is produced by the following method. An aqueous solution of a tungstate of an amount necessary for forming the objective composition is mixed with an aqueous solution of lead or the component A of an amount equivalent to the tungsten in the tungstate. A tungstic acid salt of lead or the component A is precipitated by this process. The precipitate is suspended in water or an alcohol and the obtained slurry is mixed with an aqueous solution or alcoholic solution of lead and/or component A of amounts necessary for attaining objective composition. A homogeneous precipitate of the whole components can be produced from the above liquid mixture. The precipitate is filtered, dried and calcined at 400-1,000 deg.C.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain easily the sinterable titled raw material powder having high perovskite content by forming coprecipitate of a specified metallic component and Nb, adding soln. of a Pb component and liquid for forming precipitate thereto, and calcining whole precipitate formed thereby. CONSTITUTION:Liquid for forming precipitate is added to aq. or alcoholic soln. of a Nb component and component A (at least one among Fe, Co, Ni, Mg, Mn, Zn, Cd, and In) to form coprecipitate of Nb and A component. Aq. soln. of Pb component is added to the slurry of the suspension, and the liquid for forming precipitate is added to the mixture. Formed precipitate is filtered dried and calcined at 400-1,000 deg.C after mixing, if necessary, with raw materials of ceramic. By this method, raw material powder for a perovskite type compound oxide ceramic contg. Nb expressed by PbAxNb1-xO3 is obtd. In the formula, x is 1/2 or 1/3. The raw material powder is fine particle and easily sinterable having characteristically high forming rate of perovskite.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily obtaining a lithium manganese double oxide particulate composition having a uniform composition using an inexpensive raw material by wet heating method without necessitating the firing of a raw material mixture at a high temp. and without using expensive manganese oxyhydroxide as a raw material in a producing method of the lithium manganese double oxide particulate composition capable of being used as a positive active material for a lithium ion secondary battery. SOLUTION: The producing method of the lithium manganese double oxide particulate composition is by heating a manganese oxide expressed by formula I, MnOy .zH2 O ((y) represents rational numbers of 1-2, (z) represents a rational number of 0 or 1. In such a case, a case of y=3/2, z=1/2 is excepted) and at least one kind of the manganese compound selected from basic manganese carbonates expressed by formula II, Mn(OH)a (CO3 )b , ((a) represents rational numbers of 0-2, (b) represents a rational number of 0-1) in a lithium hydroxide aq. solution and separating from the aq. solution.
