    • PURPOSE:To reduce temperature dependency by sintering a specific laminated bonded body at a temperature which does not cause mutual diffusion among layers and by making an absolute value of a temperature coefficient of a frequency constant thereof smaller than an absolute value of a temperature coefficient of a frequency constant of any or either of layers. CONSTITUTION:Each layer of a laminated bonded body is formed by a green sheet of low temperature sintering PZT (lead titanate zirconate which is a two-element solid solution of lead zirconate and lead titanate) piezoelectric ceramics which can be sintered causing no or little mutual diffusion among layers; and one layer thereof is formed by a green sheet of PZT piezoelectric ceramics whose positive and negative of a temperature coefficient of a frequency constant are different from positive and negative of a temperature coefficient of other layers. The laminated bonded body is sintered at a temperature which causes no or little mutual diffusion among layers. It is constituted so that an absolute value of a temperature coefficient of a frequency constant thereof is smaller than an absolute value of a temperature coefficient of a frequency constant of any or either of layers. Thereby, temperature dependency of piezoelectric body can be reduced.
