摘要： Provided is a method of manufacturing a magnetic recording mediums comprising employing a lifting and drying device for cleaning substrates by immersing one or more disk-like substrates with a central hole into a cleaning liquid disposed in a cleaning tank and lifting and drying the substrates, the lifting and drying device including: a hanger mechanism that is inserted through the central hole of the substrates and supports a plurality of the substrates while being hung thereon; an elevation mechanism that elevates the hanger mechanism between a position where the substrates are immersed into the cleaning liquid inside the cleaning tank and a position where the substrates are lifted from the cleaning tank; and an ejection mechanism that is disposed in the cleaning tank and ejects the cleaning liquid from the downside of the hanger mechanism toward the substrate.

摘要： Disclosed are a flow-through washing method and a flow-through washing apparatus which efficiently remove dust adhering to the surface of a substrate and prevent dust from adhering to the surface of the substrate again after washing. The flow-through washing method runs washing liquid (L) inside a washing tank (2) in the lateral direction, and applies an ultrasonic vibration to the washing liquid (L) in a state in which an object (W) to be washed is immersed in this washing liquid (L), whilst washing this object (W). By regulating the flow rate of the washing liquid (L) flowing in any of the feed ports (3) and/or discharge ports (5) of a plurality of feed ports (3) which feed the washing liquid (L) to the washing tank (2) and plurality of discharge ports (5) which discharge washing liquid (L) from the washing tank (2), the washing liquid (L) inside the washing tank (2) can be set so as to run in a laminar flow state.

摘要： A document management system includes a document processing apparatus which performs processing, such as editing of a document; and a document management server which manages division and combining of the document thus created. The document processing apparatus transmits an XML document thus created to the document management server, and requests to store the document. In this stage, in a case that the XML document includes proper nouns, the proper nouns are stored in the form of a separate file. Upon reception of a request from the document processing apparatus to acquire the XML document stored in the document management server, the document management server certifies the user of the requesting document processing apparatus. Then, the document management server combines the proper nouns with the XML document in an appropriate manner according to the certification level, and transmits the XML document thus combined to the document processing apparatus.

An indicating unit displays the view template available for the user. A reception unit receives an instruction from the user to insert the view template into the document.
