    • The present invention sufficiently reduces unwanted radiation in a plasma display panel (PDP) display device. The display device includes a PDP having a pair of electrodes, a first, a second, and a third conductive member, and a pair of driving circuits used to apply a voltage to their respective electrodes. Each conductive member has substantially the same width and height as the PDP, and the first, second, third conductive members are disposed on the rear surface of the PDP, in this order on the rear side of the PDP. The PDP and the conductive members are connected electrically to one another in the end portions of these elements, either directly or via the driving circuits, so that the direction of the current flowing in the PDP during driving and discharge coincides with the direction of the current flowing in the third conductive member, and is opposite from the direction of the current flowing in the first conductive member and the second conductive member.

    • A differential transmission line connector with little unwanted radiation noise is provided. A connector connects a differential transmission pattern for multiple transmission of a group of three differential signals and a differential transmission cable. The differential transmission pattern is provided with three signal lines, and the differential transmission cable also is provided with three signal lines. In a plane that is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the differential transmission pattern and the differential transmission cable, the signal lines are positioned at the apexes of an equilateral triangle. The connector is provided with three signal lines that connect, at identical lengths, the signal lines of the differential transmission pattern and the signal lines of the differential transmission cable, between a predetermined first plane of the planes that perpendicularly intersect the longitudinal direction of the differential transmission pattern and a predetermined second plane of the planes that perpendicularly intersect the longitudinal direction of the differential transmission cable.

    • A variable displacement type compressor has a supply passage for supplying refrigerant gas to a pressure control chamber, a release passage for releasing the refrigerant gas from the pressure control chamber, a first control valve for controlling the amount of the refrigerant gas flowing through the supply passage, a check valve provided between the first control valve and the pressure control chamber and preventing the refrigerant gas from flowing from the pressure control chamber to the first control valve by closing the supply passage and a second control valve for adjusting a cross-sectional area of the release passage from minimum to maximum. The second control valve has a back pressure chamber communicating with the supply passage, a valve chamber forming a part of the release passage and communicating with a suction-pressure region, a valve hole forming a part of the release passage and communicating with the valve chamber and a spool having a valve portion located in the valve chamber. When a pressure in the back pressure chamber increases, the valve portion decreases the degree of opening of the valve hole.
