    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a favorable container connecting tool capable of anchoring a container using a cable such as a rope, a belt or a wire, and preventing disengagement from the container even when the cable is used at any angle.SOLUTION: A connecting tool 10 is to be connected to a cable 3 by fitting a part of the connecting tool to an non-round hole 2 of a container 1. The connecting tool comprises a shaft portion 11 to be inserted in the hole 2, one end of the shaft portion 11 is provided with a first flange 12 capable of passing through the hole 2 only when the flange is positioned to have a predetermined angle around the central axis of the shaft portion 11, and the other end of the shaft portion 11 is provided with a second flange 13 having a size which cannot pass through the hole 2. A cable connecting portion 15 is attached to a side opposite to the side of the first flange 12 to have the second flange 13 therebetween so that the cable connecting portion can rotate around the shaft portion 11 without any limitation in angle.
