摘要： A fluid connector comprises first and second connector parts. The first connector part has a body, a passage through the body, and a cylindrical outer wall with a groove around its circumference. The second connector part has a second body, a second passage, and a plurality of arms extending from a first end of the second body, each arm comprising an inwardly extending projecting portion. The arms allow the projecting portions to engage the groove. The groove has a plurality of contiguous helical portions having alternating orientations. At least one of the connector parts comprises a magnetic portion and the other comprises a second magnetic/ferromagnetic portion. Magnetic attraction between the magnetic portion and the second magnetic/ferromagnetic portion biases the connector parts towards a fully connected configuration. Relative rotation of the connector parts causes the bodies to move away from each other.

摘要： A patient interface may have a frame and a seal-forming structure. The frame may at least partially form a plenum chamber pressurisable to a therapeutic pressure. The seal-forming structure may be constructed and arranged to form a seal with a region of the patient's face surrounding an entrance to the patient's airways, said seal-forming structure having a hole therein such that the flow of air at said therapeutic pressure is delivered to at least an entrance to the patient's nares, the seal-forming structure constructed and arranged to maintain said therapeutic pressure in the plenum chamber throughout the patient's respiratory cycle in use. The seal-forming structure may comprise a textile seal member adapted to sealingly engage the patient's face in use.

摘要： The present invention discloses a positioning and stabilising structure for a patient interface, the positioning and stabilising structure configured to provide a force to hold a seal-forming structure of the patient interface in a therapeutically effective position on a patient's head, the positioning and stabilising structure comprising: one or more gas delivery tubes to receive a flow of air from a connection port on top of the patient's head and to deliver the flow of air to an entrance of the patient's airways via the seal-forming structure, each of the one or more gas delivery tubes being constructed and arranged to contact, in use, at least a region of the patient's head superior to an otobasion superior of the patient's head, each of the one or more gas delivery tubes comprising: a superior tube portion configured, in use, to overlie a superior region of the patient's head, the superior tube portion comprising: a first end configured, in use, to overlie a superior portion of the patient's head at or proximate the sagittal plane of the patient's head; a second end configured, in use, to overlie a side portion of the patient's head; and one or more stiffened portions between the first end and the second end configured to provide a higher resistance to relative movement between the first end and the second end in an anterior and/or posterior direction than in a superior and/or inferior direction in use; and an inferior tube portion configured to be connected between the second end of the superior tube portion and the seal-forming structure in use.

摘要： The present invention relates to a patient interface for sealed delivery of a flow of air at a therapeutic pressure of at least 4 cmH 2 O with respect to ambient air pressure throughout the patient's respiratory cycle in use. The patient interface comprises a cushion assembly with a plenum chamber, a seal-forming structure and a positioning and stabilising structure. The positioning and stabilising structure comprises two gas delivery tubes, wherein each of the two gas delivery tubes comprises a tab projecting in a generally posterior direction relative to the patient's head in use, and a concertina portion configured to allow adjustment of a length of each of the two gas delivery tubes to fit different size heads, wherein the concertina portion is positioned on each of the two gas delivery tubes between a corresponding first end and a connection port.
