The male fastening member is disposed on one side of the heat-sealed butt seam of the packaging bag, and the female fastening member is disposed on the other side of the heat-sealed butt seam of the packaging bag so as to be engage with the male fastening member, and a tear-facilitating means is interposed between the male and the female fastening member. The fastener bag is capable of being opened and of being reclosed, and is suitable for use on an automatic filling and packaging machine.

摘要： There is provided a fastener bag capable of improving working efficiency for the filling of inner content and forming a bag cut-starting portion. The bag is formed as gusset-type packaging bag, to which a fastener for freely opening or closing the packaging bag is attached. The fastener has a male portion to which a projected thread is formed and a female portion to which a groove is formed so as to be engaged with the projected thread. Base portions of the male and female portions are attached to an inner surface of one of the flat surface portions or side surface portions so that the projected thread and the groove face each other. A cut-tape for separating the flat surface portion into the male portion side and the female portion side is provided between the base portions.

The faster bag 1 is formed as gusset-type packaging bag, to which a fastener 10 for freely opening or closing the packaging bag is attached. The fastener 10 is composed of a male portion 11 to which a projected thread 11b is formed and a female portion 12 to which a groove 12b is formed so as to be engaged with the projected thread 11b. Base portions 11a and 12a of both the portions 11 and 12 are attached to an inner surface of one of the flat surface portions 2 or side surface portions 3 so that the projected thread 11b and the groove 12b face each other. A cut-tape 14 for separating the flat surface portion 2 into the male portion side and the female portion side is provided between the base portions 11a and 12a.

A pair of flat films 12a and 12b are separated and transferred by a transfer unit 14, and a side film 15 extending in a direction perpendicular to the transfer direction of the flat films or in the same direction as the flat films and forming side surfaces 2c and 2d of the bag main body 2 is inserted between the pair of flat films 12a and 12b. The end of the side film is folded to form an open surface 43 at least at an end of the side film and the flat films. As a result, it is possible: (1) to manufacture a zippered gusset bag by attaching a zipper to the end of each flat film; (2) to manufacture a gusset bag having a flat bottom by attaching a bottom film to the end of each flat film; and (3) to manufacture a zippered gusset bag having a flat bottom by attaching a zipper to one end of each flat film, and a bottom film to the other end thereof.

摘要： A reclosable packaging bag comprises a main bag body having an opening portion and at least one heat-sealed portion; and a linear fastener provided on the opening portion of the main bag body. The linear fastener is provided along the opening portion of the main bag body by an insert injection molding so as not to extend to the heat-sealed portions. A method for manufacturing the bag comprises the three steps. First, the first and second linear fastening members are formed on a prescribed position of a sheet of film material by an insert injection molding so as to be spaced from each other. These fastening members are engageable with each other to form a linear fastener. Second, the sheet of film material is folded in two so that the fastening members can engage with each other. Third, each of opposite portions of the sheet of film material thus folded is heat-sealed to form side heat-sealed portions.

摘要： A gusset bag for packing a content comprises a bag body having a tubular structure and composed of a pair of opposing flat portions constituting front and back surface portions and two side surface portions connecting the front and back surface portions at both side edges thereof and having lines folded inward which extend along longitudinal direction of the side surface portions and along which the side surface portions are folded inward. A zipper element is mounted on inner surfaces of the flat portions at portions near the end opening of the bag body. A fused seal portion formed to and near the end opening portion of the bag body to seal the end opening portion, the fused seal portion including an end seal portion extending along an entire length of the end opening and side seal portions extending from both ends of the end seal portion along the side edges of the flat portions. The side seal portions extend beyond the portions on which the zipper element is mounted. The sealing process is carried out integrally with portions of the side surface portions, which are once inwardly folded along the folding lines and then drawn out and folded outward from the end opening of the bag body. The zipper element is mounted to the portions near the end opening between the end opening and the once folded and then drawn out side surface portions.

摘要： A liquid container having a stable shape that is easy to fill and that enables the user to pour out liquid to the last drop into an intended target using one hand only and without spilling the liquid. An internal space of a container is defined by a front surface portion, a rear surface portion having the shape identical with the front surface portion, and a pair of gussets each connecting together each confronting edges of the front and rear surface portions. The gusset has a folded arrangement. If liquid is filled in the container, V-shape of the gusset expands to provide a three dimensional container. The gussets extend to a neck portion. By the expansion of the gussets, a spout has a sufficient open area capable of controlled pouring of the liquid therethrough. If the liquid amount in the container is reduced, the spout is automatically closed when the container is self-standing on a table.
