摘要： The invention relates to a method and a device for applying for a flowable material, especially a particulate material, in individual superimposed layers across a support (50), the flowable material being first filled from a stationary feed station (10) into a storage container (24) of an application device. In the application device (30), which travels back and forth across the support, the flowable material is distributed inside the storage container across the entire length of the device and is then metered through a slot into a metering shaft in such a manner that the filling level in the metering shaft remains constant during application of the flowable material from the metering shaft onto the support.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a bioreactor or of a lab-on-a-chip system as well as to bioreactors or lab-on-a-chip systems manufactured therewith. In this respect, at least two different components are connected to one another. It is the object of the present invention to set forth a method with which bodies having very different melting points, namely a ceramic material and a polymer, can be connected to one another independently of whether the surfaces to be connected are accessible from the outside or not. In the method in accordance with the invention, a first body made from a polymer which is at least partially transparent for electromagnetic radiation of at least one wavelength λ, and a second body made from a ceramic material which absorbs electromagnetic radiation of the at least one wavelength λ are connected to one another. The first body is at least regionally meltable. In a first step, the first body and the second body are arranged contacting one another while forming contact surfaces such that the body is meltable in at least one region of its contact surface to the other body. In a second step, the at least one meltable region of the contact surface is brought to melting in that electromagnetic radiation of the wavelength λ is irradiated through the first body onto the meltable region of the contact surface.

摘要： The invention relates to a cell culture measuring system and to a method for comparative investigations on cell cultures. It is the object of the invention to propose possibilities with which comparative investigations can be carried out on cell cultures under the same conditions on cells which are influenced by a test liquid and on cells which are not influenced by test liquid. In a cell culture measuring system in accordance with the invention, cell cultures are cultivated on a cell culture carrier within a flow passage. An inflow and an outflow for a liquid culture medium and at least two sensors are present. In addition, at least one further inflow for a test liquid is arranged in the flow direction of the culture medium between the inflow for the culture medium and the outflow of the flow passage so that the test liquid flowing through the flow passage by displacement of the culture medium only flows around and/or over some of the cells present on the cell culture carrier. In addition, at least one sensor is arranged in the region of the cells not influenced by test liquid and at least one further sensor is arranged in the region of cells influenced by test liquid.
