    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof structure of a rail which enables easy construction of a soundproof material by an easily detachable support member with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A support member 7 supports a soundproof material 6 and is installed on a slab board 2 in a non-fixed state. The support member 7 is not fixed to a slab surface 2a of the slab board 2 by a fixing member, such as a bolt or an adhesive, but only mounted on the slab surface 2a without using the fixing member. As a result, the soundproof material 6 can be easily fixed to an object laid on the ground, such as the slab board 2, without boring a hole or the like. A positioning member 8 positions the support member 7 on the slab board 2 and inhibits the movement of the soundproof material 6 and the support member 7 to a width direction of a rail 4 (a direction crossing a lengthwise direction).
