An interface layer is disposed between the layer of conductive material and the layer of hard mask to enhance adhesion between each of the plurality of sacrificial columns and the layer of conductive material to optimize the formation of junction diodes out of the silicon by preventing the plurality of sacrificial columns from being detached from the layer of silicon prematurely due to the sacrificial columns peeling or falling off.

    • In an optical disc recording and reproducing apparatus, when a time shift determining unit determines that a time shift reproduction is currently performed, a reservation determining unit determines whether or not there is a timer reservation in the next place. When it is determined that there is the timer reservation and a pre-time determining unit determines that the timer reservation is performed a prescribed time before a reserved time, a first reservation performing unit performs an operation of a record by the timer reservation. Then, after the recording by the timer reservation is finished, a time shift reproducing unit continuously performs the time shift reproduction without turning off a power. After the time shift reproduction is continuously performed, when there is a timer reservation, a second reservation performing unit performs recording by the timer reservation.
