摘要： The invention relates to a direct drive for a cylinder of a converting machine, in particular a printing press or coating machine that converts sheet-type printed materials. The aim of the invention is to develop a direct drive for a cylinder of the aforementioned type in such a way that the sidelay corrections required for a cylinder of this type are significantly reduced. To achieve this, the direct drive comprises a rotor (14) that is detachably mounted on the end of the cylinder (6, 10) and a stator (15) that is concentric with the rotor and is detachably fixed to the side frame (13). A register motor (16), which is fixed to the frame, is coupled to gearing (17, 18) and the latter (17, 18) is coupled to a helical gear (19, 20, 21, 22), which is in turn coupled to the cylinder (6, 10) by means of an axial/rotative coupling (23, 24).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a member for clamping and a body journal to be scarcely relatively rotated by providing a coupling member spring-elastically operating axially without play in a rotating direction between a clamping ring and a member tightly coupled to a sheet guide cylinder. SOLUTION: In a driving unit of the double gear, a tie rod 9 penetrating a main gear 4, gear flange 3 and clamping ring 7 is spring-elastically supported to the ring 7. The rod 9 is loaded by a lap leaf spring 10. The rod 9 is previously regulated to clamp a gear ring 5 at the gear 4. The rod 9 is released from a driving force of a circumferential direction by coupling to a coupling plate 16 without play. Since the plate 16 is relatively thin, it allows axial movement of the ring 7 by an elastic deformation. At the time of eliminating clamping of a separating coupler 11, relative positions among the ring 7, flange 3 and a body journal 1 are continuously the same.
