      SOLUTION: A dilatant composition is composed of (A) an organic silicone fine particle as given below and (B) a liquid having a relative dielectric constant at 20°C of 5-95. The organic silicone fine particle (A) is an organic silicone fine particle which is constituted of a polysiloxane crosslinked structure and has a hollow semi-spherical shape as a whole defined by an inner small minor arc (11), an outer large minor arc (21) covering the inner small minor arc and a ridgeline (31) spanning between the end portion of (11) and the end portion of (21) when viewed in a longitudinal section.
